TKO Group Holdings raised its full-year 2026 guidance again after reporting strong third-quarter results, led by growth at the UFC and higher revenue at IMG. The company, which owns the UFC, WWE and IMG, said revenue rose 21% year over year to $1.36 billion.
Net income increased to $277.9 million from $171.1 million a year earlier, while adjusted EBITDA climbed 54% to $555.7 million. TKO now expects 2026 revenue of $5.790 billion to $5.830 billion and adjusted EBITDA of $2.295 billion to $2.315 billion.
The UFC was the largest contributor to growth. Its quarterly revenue jumped 60% to $519.2 million, supported by increases in media rights, sponsorships, live events, consumer products and licensing. UFC adjusted EBITDA rose 72% to $285.3 million.
WWE revenue edged down 1% to $399.3 million, as lower live event and hospitality revenue outweighed gains in media rights and consumer products. Its adjusted EBITDA nevertheless increased 5% to $217.2 million.
IMG revenue grew 16% to $391.3 million, driven by partnerships and marketing, as well as hospitality revenue connected to the 2026 FIFA World Cup. Adjusted EBITDA at IMG rose 89% to $115.9 million.
TKO President and COO Mark Shapiro said the results reflected demand for live events and experiences. He added that the company was raising its full-year forecast for the second time this year and said most of its existing revenue was secured for the next five to seven years.
